Class Lists

You can now grab a list of your students directly from the Participants list.

  1. Log into ACORN and enter your course.
  2. Check to see if the menu on the left of your course page is visible. If not, click on the "hamburger" icon near the top left of your course page first (view image).
  3. Click on the Participants link near the top left of your course page (view image).
  4. Click on the Select dropdown list (1) and select Roles (2) (view image).
  5. When the Type or select... dropdown list appears (1), click on it and select Student (2), then click on the Apply filters button (3) (view image).
  6. Click on the checkbox at the top of your list of users to select all students (view image) and scroll to the bottom of the page.
  7. If you have more users than are showing, click on the Select all xxx users button (view image). The window will refresh - scroll to the bottom again.
  8. Click on the With selected users... dropdown list. Select Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) (view image).
  9. Save the file somewhere you can find it again.
